Assessments establish baselines, followed by eight to fourteen weeks of integration, safety validation support, operator training and telemetry enablement before production cutover decisions.

RMA modules range from C$12,400 for foundation manufacturing control through C$48,900 for enterprise deployment tracks. Professional services such as plant assessments and pilot cell deployments are quoted separately based on travel, cell count and integration scope.

What prerequisites exist before a vision inspection pilot?
Stable lighting, representative part samples, defined defect taxonomy and MES or reject-gate interfaces should be documented during plant assessment. Model training quality depends on sample diversity and camera placement — our integration engineers validate these during the first two weeks of a pilot.
